More AGL insanity! What a blight on the landscape. Turning fields into bird shredders!

To a bird, the highest objects are always the most attractive and a wind generator seems like just another tree. Unfortunately for any bird or bat attracted to them its like flying into a giant wood chipping machine.

And for what? AGL need's six wind farms, like Macarthur (below), to replace just one Liddell power station, and at a cost of 6 billion dollars. Will there be any birds left?

And the power from generators like Liddell is worth twice as much, as wind or solar energy, because it can deliver full power 24/7.

You cant get more insane with people's money, and careless with the environment than that! Why throw so much money away to get something less, and more destructive to the environment, than what you had in the first place?
