Milne is the chairmen/director of the ABC, NBN, Tabcorp. Just to name a few. Can anyone anyone honestly tell me he commits the same time and resources to his NTC efforts as he would for those large, complex behemoths? NTC $100M MC. ABC has a $1B annual budget, NBN is a $50B government expense.

If he had contacts etc in the industry/telco why hasn't he brought on some long term institutional investors?

I suspect picking up his monthly NTC pay cheque would be half his effort. The rest may be filling in the expense forms for his travel and expenses. That maybe a bit harsh but I have seen first hand similar effort from public company directors. He has overseen the SP disaster during his reign. His performance is indefensible, imo.
