Unfortunately, GW, i can't agree with you. if you were at last year's AGM where the Chairman simply stated "if you don't like it then sell" i think you may well obtain an idea as to what some shareholders feel about the current management. when the share price was increasing under David Stewart's leadership, then the incentive increases were worth it. but now we have Management Incentives which are greater than NPATs even when the share price is collapsing (AGM 2017 Incentives $1.3M v NPAT negative $1.79M). a Remuneration increase of 44% for the Chairman, 20% for the new CEO and yet a share price drop of 31% for FY17??? a salary increase of over 50% for the new CEO fo FY16? Shareholders don't tend to complain about these things when the share price is doing well. but when it's not you can see their point can't you? it is good that Ed has initiated this.
