As of today minus cash on hand you can buy NTC on market for 10.8 x earnings, so I could see a bargain for a player to rejig as they like. I was thinking when listening to the conference call the Bell contract is due to start rolling in March with the CEO citing a step change in revenue for 20' I'm assuming this is a more sizeable contract then, of course not that the market sentiment cares right now.
