Can't agree with you here GW. The stance that shareholders should sell their shares and move on is the same attitude that from memory NTC executive put forward at the 2017 AGM. Shareholders are entitled to react in whatever way they see as appropriate. Your proposition that the petition would be destabilising at a time of consolidation and growth may be true. It also could be that changing the leadership is what is required for shareholders to get a return on their investment. In fact the lack of broker or institutional support for the stock is a strong indicator that the injection of a leader with strong rapport with the market is required. So far all shareholders have is a company with bloated executive remuneration which is insidiously eating away the company's profits, and a continual cycle of vague promises about good times after enduring another "consolidation"phase.
