Beyond disappointment with the share price performance, what's your problem with the way the business is being run? I bought into these originally at about 4 cents many years ago (maybe 2004). I then sold in about 2012 in the low 20's when they seemed to stall for an extended period and always be promising next year would be better. They then rocketed (to my horror) to $2 plus, before returning to their current level a week or so ago. I thought the report looked ok with some revenue being deferred for a year perhaps the source of the slide so bought back in. At face value a revolt against the board/management looks like throwing the baby out with the bath water.
