Re the FDA approval - the Type A meetig has now been shifted to late June so i wouldn't hold your breath for approval in USA until 1Q or 2Q 2011 at the earliest. And as previously stated, by then CXS will be running on fumes so will need to do another capital raise to fund the rollout of their drug (assuming they get FDA approval)
