Peter Wall's 24 million holding means he will probably play a large part in sourcing and negotiating the tech deal

ie Im not buying AVZ, which is similar cap and also a Steinepris shell, and also has saleable mining assets

Because Peter Wall isnt on the register and they have not to my knowledge stated they will be acquiing a technology company

MOO just all weighs up and comes together in my mind
