I was conducting some research and it came to my attention that Dr Peter Bennett Smith has been a Non-Executive Director at Gulf Mines since 06 October 2005 .

Peter Smith is the second largest Shareholder on the register holding approximately 14,500,000 units or 8.86% of shares on offer. As a longstanding Shareholder I would be very interested if someone could elaborate on his function within the Company and the role he conducts as a Non Executive Director . As a substantial Shareholder his commitment and contributions towards advancing the prospects of The Company should be considerable .
