PURE ENERGY RESOURCES LTD (Pure or the Company) - UPDATE ON QUEENSLAND OPERATIONS.
QUEENSLAND PERMIT ATP806P
• Dingonose-1 well encountered approximately 20 meters of net coal in the Permian Coals, with gas contents averaging 14 cubic meters (m3)/tonne over fifteen coal samples, with a high of 17.7 m3/tonne.
• Duckworth-1 well encountered approximately 15 meters of net coal in the Permian Coals, with gas contents averaging 10 m3/tonne over sixteen coal samples, with a high of 13.1 m3/tonne.
• Pure has contracted Depco Rig # 18 which has now completed permeability testing at both the above wells. Results are currently are being evaluated.
• A 100 kilometre seismic survey now completed.
QUEENSLAND PERMIT ATP758P
• Depco Rig # 18 is currently moving to this permit where it will core and test the Kmann-1 and Boombah -1 well prospects in the Duaringa Basin within the permit.
• A 110 kilometre seismic survey now completed.
QUEENSLAND PERMIT ATP852P
• Four drilling locations have now been finalised, which will be cored and tested after operations are completed in permit ATP758P.
