If the Government of Peru is pushing for foreign investment in mining and WANTS srk to complete (or at least start mining) then you would presume that the legal problems SRK have will not be harmed by Peruvian government. I think if Peru wants to show a fair and respectable environment for international mining companies them we WILL recieve a fair hearing in the Peruvian courts.
Interesting few weeks ahead.
