Today's West Australian property section has a story titled
"Precinct a big step for modular builder" which discusses the signing of a long term lease by McGrath Modular for an industrial lot of 50,000 sqm.
It was stated that this is to consolidate two McGrath facilities on this site with added capacity to meet the projected demand for the high rise modular systems they have just developed and which featured in the press recently.
Obviously we can assume that business is looking good for OTR, you don't commit to expansion on this scale unless the order book looks healthy.
After holding for just over 5 years and watching my investment head south rather quickly I now feel there is a light glowing and as such have been back in the market and averaging down while accumulating more stock.
