I am looking to use local talent only.

I have checked out Tibra and Optiver ... they are primarily market makers and are involved with flash orders and such. They also do other types of "normal" trading but they are famous for being the fast guns here in Oz. I class this as predatory and is technology unobtainable for most people ... hence I'm not interested.

I might take you up on that offer a bit later on for Generous Squire ...
