Management have made pretty much zero attempt to promote the company during this cap raise which certainly raises questions but in the end the market will decide what the share price is going to be.
We may get a spike low and if that is the case it will more than likely be THE low.
Technicals indicate this is a buy.
How much longer we have to wait remains to be seen but I will continue to accumulate on weakness.
