I know a little about GBG and GBG only need about 2-3 years of DSO before their mag concentrate will be on stream sufficiently enough to support ongoing operations comfortably. They have enough DSO in their Karara JV to last that period so I doubt ROY will see $1.00 ps as a buyout figure. No need to buy it outright. GBG will mine Shine eventually and I'd guess GBG will pay ROY for the tonnage as and when they mine it.
Probabaly not for a few years yet since they got Terapod back. Still, there is nothing certain in this game.
