I have been corrected in my misunderstanding of the coal prospects in the current PEL 428 by Mr Hardmano.
As he has so rightly pointed out in his post titled "Retraction on PEL 428 Hoskkinson coal", it would seem that the lower coal bearing part has been excised from PEL 428 since the time of that report by Strike Oil, and it would appear that the current PEL 428 no longer encompasses the acreage that contains the large seams of Black Jack coals to the south.
As such, my observations in the article were factually wrong and I have requested the immediate moderation of that article, and apologise for any inconvenience that it may have caused to anyone.
