IMO it appears the jockey has fallen off as the horse has broken down.WE have backed a go slow. I dont believe they are at all genuine at the moment and are waiting for the next financial year.
Currently they are concentrating on other projects and we have been put on the shelf.
Even pub lunch man has bailed out.
Curious to know what others think.
