So, since re-listing this stock is down ~40%. There has been no effective PR/roadshow campaign to educate the market about DSE. Name me just one broker, just one, who is excited about this stock. ...
Yet, the directors are seeking Performance Shares at the upcoming AGM. Seriously? Are you kidding me? Based on what Performance exactly?
Here is a thought, why don't you as directors first figure out how to get your sp back to listing price as a start (shouldn't be too hard if you get some of the basics right) and then lets talk about Performance Shares....
If I was on the board I would have retracted the Performance Shares resolution from the upcoming AGM purely as a matter of principle. Asking for a "reward" in terms of Performance Shares when you manage to oversee a 40% reduction in your share price is shameful and reflects negatively on your integrity, credibility and personal reputation.
If sh still have their proxy forms and can be bothered, I'd urge you to have a close look at it, spend 2 minutes completing it and send it in. If nothing else, perhaps consider voting against the Performance Shares to send a clear message.
