They quoted this the below as one of the performance rights..............can any one shed some light if this is going to be hard to achieve given the resource and if this is going to be a company maker?

Upon the Company announcing a JORC Code 2012 compliant reserve of containing not less than 1,200,000 tonnes of mineralisation at a combined grade of at least 17% (Zn+Pb).
