One thing I find strange is:

That in the announcement dated 18th June 2015 they stated that as part payment for shareroot they would issue 100,000,000 MOO shares (Post Consolidation) shares valued at .10 and that they would do a CR for $8,000,000 @ .10, this was again stated in the quarterly.

Now we have them issuing 140,000,000 post consolidated shares @ .05 and to do a CR for up to $8,000,000 @ .05

So why the change in the indicative post consolidated share price
