That makes sense Skiver, I think the ShareRoot guys know how to negotiate themselves a good deal. If a company offered me significant performance bonuses greater than the money I was bringing in, I'd take it too.
It's just that it's our money is paying for these bonuses. But hey, we know the deal and it is up to us on whether we want to be a part of it or not..
