    I know that but when they first report signing the deal the share price used for shares (100,000,000) that will be issued to Shareroot shareholders was .10 along with a CR again with shares to be priced at .10

    This has now changed to 140,000,000 shares to be issued to Shareroot holders @ .05 and the price for the credit rising shares again @ .05 I wonder why the halving of the share price
