DataMotion drops defamation cases 25th June 2010 By Dylan Bushell-Embling (CFO World) IT security company DataMotion (ASX:DMN) has announced it has dropped defamation proceedings against George Moore and David Morris.
In a statement, the board said it had decided that under the circumstances it was not appropriate to throw further money at the case.
DataMotion in February won a first defamation case against Graeme Gladman, after he made disparaging comments about the company and its former managing director, Ronald Moir, on the HotCopper investment forum.
But the proceedings against Moore and Morris have now been abandoned on confidential terms.
