The announcement last Wednesday is already priced in despite how it may look.
1. No share consolidation. People who knew about the 20 cent rule would have got on board before the announcement was made.
2. Placement in excess of 20 cents. People familiar with matters of cap raising would know that there's no way the new shares would be issued at 20 cents when they were substantial volume traded at a huge premium above 20 cents.
The only price sensitive announcement was on the 28th October.
