Unicorn.I think you are correct with oip.In my opinion there are two scenarios for oip. 1.Esg to take over oip.They already know about the gas as they are doing the drilling.The cash component is worth abut 7 cents a share.David casey got off the board recently(I wonder if he had a potential conflict of interest). 2.Esg gets taken over by someone like santos and the management and major long term shareholders(battersby ,king and morton) of esg fold their tent and make an offer for oip and start again.If say esg is taken over at $1.50 the long term shareholders and management will have over 100+ million to play with.
