IMO not so innocent for Detail Nominees as Detail Nominees & Zero Nominees are commonly held and (although technically nominees) I doubt they are buying for different interests out of the same office in this play.
It is possible Euroz is co-ordinating this through Oliver Foster, or at least advising both sides.
I have my thoughts on final ownership, but need to do some more homework first.
