I do not think VPE want 100% of the oil fairway. What we may be seeing is a re-arranging of the deck chairs prior to the main event commencing. All parties need to be seated in the right place. All my opinion.
PS. Have I got you guys and gals thinking or have I thoroughly thrown a spanner in the works?
