    it was a consolidation (capital decrease) in conjunction with a capital raising (share increase) and therefore share dilution - double whammy on that one. the capital raising has created the dilution. as far as value goes - the shares pre consolidation and pre CR were valued a lot more - you can verify this by checking the charts. Overall value decreased IMO but please check. Bulk of the CR went to instos so "average" investors that were unable to particpate in the CR will have their holdings diluted. of the $28m proposed CR only $3M was to be directly from current shareholders. Initial CR was to be at $1 per share and that has been revised down to $0.50 per share. in effect pre consolidation share price approx $0.08 and that equates to $1.60 post consolidation (20 shares at $0.08cents/share). BUT post consolidation CR at $0.50 per share so you can work out the figures as far as shareholder value goes at this point in time. Less shares - less value. As far as asset values - it all depends on how well they are purchased and how the market values them.
