might as well stick the whole thing on eBay !!!
Looks to me like there is only a couple of options being priced into the sp here:
1. cap raising @ 10c or below which would massively dilute existing holders
or
2. low ball 15c takeover offer
The other option of shutting down the business and selling its assets for 30c book value probably wont be explored
