I suspect they have already been rattling their tin can among the insto's/insiders for a forthcoming CR. Hence the sell down in preparation for the firesale.
since they are now valued as a struggling junior I wonder will they adjust the makeup and size of their bloated trough swilling board accordingly .... (stupid question)
