If history is anything to go by there were no announcements between the 4Cs of April and July in 2014.
The SP may fluctuate if holders get impatient and/or those in the know start dumping or accumulating.
A difficult situation to be in with the company appearing to only communicate to shareholders through mandatory quarterly announcements.
