It means we're in trouble Tokyo!
I would guess wds have not met a contractual obligation, and the customer (guess who???) is refusing payment.
I cannot digest where we were 12 to 18 months ago to where we are now. Maybe the attractive dividend's we were receiving was coming from money we simply didn't have. Chocolates to boiled sweets have nothing on wds.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but as someone once posted...................would the last person out please shut the door.
