Ikazo......thanks for capturing my sentiments as well. This is slow and painful. Wouldn't it be great if this case would set a precedent. I would like to think the delays etc are because this is an important case and it will receive the visibility an important precedent setting case deserves. However, my cynical side only imagines our side is at the mercy of the politicians and their usual kick the can down the road routines that go nowhere and achieve nothing.
