    Pacmag Metals (PMH) spin-off of Lance etc. to PEN has been a master stroke. PEN is developing it and PMH is getting its due rewards. PMH has 40MIL PEN shares and is concentrating on its own copper,germanium and uranium. PMH is the 'white knight'.
