I bailed on this one with a tiny profit - (if I exclude lost opportunity) - from the divvy after 2 years of frustration. Everything points to a great investment from life of mine, pellet price, xchange rate, operating costs (even with the one offs), etc, however, it is clear the main SH doesnt give a crap about the SP or other SH and is only interested in maintaining his supply of product. The main SH appears to treat the cash at bank as his and his alone. Unfortunately I dont see much chance of change but I do hope for all the LTH that I am wrong.
