Shagang already call the shots on this company judging the way the board and CEO behave.
It all makes sense if you look at it that way, instead of questioning why they don't do things in the interest of shareholders.
They walk the line wrt ASX rules but if they were committed to proper promotion of the company we'd be at multiples of current SP.
Happy to be collecting the divvies for now but some capital appreciation in SP wouldn't go astray either.
