Reading today that this could be temporary - The Vale mine had a capacity of 12mil tonnes - current production of 7.8 mil tonnes - and that Vale has set in place increases in production at its larger mines. The report went to say that it represented ony half a percent of IO trade that could be made up fairy fast. Vale does not intend to open the mine which was shut 2014-2016 because it was uneconomical to mine at that time.
