GRR needs to fill boats. But I have not seen too many boats and still cannot pin point why. Nor has GRR management proffered any excuse.
If it's Shagang playing the spot price game, then GRR needs more customers. With Vale on the ropes I wsuspect there are a few floating about. And to boot, an off-take agreement that says they'll take commodity at prevailing spot prices is not much of an off-take agreement. Hardly worth boasting about!
Chinese new year imminent which will further 'distract' management.
