There are issues with the management, making decisions for favor of their chinese steel mill instead of shareholders and dodgy property investments and does seem to have a general failure of imagination with returning money to investors.
Those risks are easily compensated by the very high divvy, and the oodles of money in the bank. The only real risk that I am concerned about is if the money in the bank somehow doesn't actually exist or gets embezzled or just vanishes. This seems extremely unlikely though.
