If you look at the SP and correlate with Chinese steel winter production cuts from mid Nov 2017, SP = 18c to mid March 2018, SP = 18c and in between mostly >20c and this Chinese winter the extended production cuts due to start next month to continue till end march 2019 surely theres a bit left in this run. The other thing is SP was trading at low teens before Chinese winter last year but never went below high teens after that.
