Baffin now being loaded. Port Latta is classified as "open water port" therefore loading is dependent on weather conditions. Ships being loaded are on continuous 30 min notice to get underway in the event of eather turning bad. Over the last week high winds of more than 30 knots have been the cause of ship loading delay and vessel being held at anchorage.
