The stock now is at cash backing and earns good dividend. That's the good.
The bad is confidence in management which was already average at best due to lack of dividends, Chinese overwhelming holding and complete disregard for smaller shareholder, now decide real estate is a suitable game for a miner.
Sounds like mates game with money transferring hands. No news on how much they are gambling with a further red flag. Changing my sentiment to HOLD after many years ...
