It will be interesting to see if any of the Aust institutional shareholders(such as Nero) canvas us retail shareholders for AGM votes.
That article was obviously generated from shareholders that are sick of the Management and are ready to take some sort of action but with Shagang controlling over 55% it isn't going to be possible to defeat any Director standing for re-election.
