Can you tell us who the sellers in europe are, or just nominee names?
A buyback will not happen, they did that in times there was management who cares about the share price. Since Chinese took control they do not care, only interest is dividend and the supply to their own steelmill.
But with enough cashflow(profit) we can definatelly expect some good dividend payments.
The only thing what will bring higher shaperice is a constant production and cashflow and profit.
It seems the last years always something came a long to ruin the party...well hopefully we building up now for a rerating...30 cents by March 2018..I hope...and a steady 2 cents dividend every year.
Maybe a suprise if they sell southdown or find an investor...that could be a real push for share price..
