I think there is something unusual going on around the state.
There was a ship delayed from Hobart to Bell Bay this week.
There were Two tugs off n/e coast traveling west yesterday evening. This very rare ( tugs being at sea in the n/e).
I suspect there is a ship broken down somewhere aroud the state and tugs are getting shuffled about as a result.
I think there is something unusual going on around the state....
