the 427,652 tonnes (estimate) is for quarter's shipments to end of this week (seven week period). Reasonable assumption could be that GRR full quarter shipments may exceed 620,000 tonne and maybe at least 10-15% higher. In the 3 months ended 30 June 2016 GRR shipped 795k tonnes thus they look to cover the 2nd quarter C2017 problems.
