You would think by now that the MPSA would have been issued if it was going to happen.Time for the company to advise their shareholders what is holding this up, just because a new minister has been appointed should not justify delays of this time frame. I'd hate to think what would happen if they had a complete change of Government! This is becoming a joke! Also what is happening with the small scale mining operation, not a word has been said since last year on this operation?
