92% of shares are held by top 20 shareholders, up from 91% in 2014. Indicating large shareholders are accumulating. These large shareholders are unlikely to sell out for less than $2 IMO.
That leaves 8% of shares among smaller shareholders, some of which also wont be selling for less than $2.
On this basis 2.77% of accumulated shorts is very large.
