Otherwise the stock would be trading back around / below $0.10.

Previous spikes occurred on little fundamental change and some great spin doctors. The chart highlights this.

However, with the 'International Opportunities for Envirosuite' release and the 'Collaboration Agreement' with Odour Group the market is placing a 25% premium on previous base prices.

I still think this is too low. I would expect a business in PEH's phase to be worth in excess of 30m MC.

I think when they delver an international contract the stock will fly. It can't be far off.

Think of it this way... right now PEH (IMO) is cheap. For all the reasons we already know. The company can continue to survive without any new business wins for a while as they are profitable. So any international (or other) contract wins will go straight to the bottom line and the share price will react accordingly.

Smart buying occurring currently. What happens when the supply runs dry... People will be paying over $0.15 IMO.
