I actually called it as the price was 9.2c lol that is why I tipped it in the STTCOMP the day before there was even a mention of PEH. Maybe some noticed my break out area above 10c and decided to enter as that day volume increased lol..

Marty is correct this is no HC pump or ramp there is a big broker Nett buying as I found out today and will post soon as I find out how many he bought . Multiple $50k buys today with biggest being $70k at 14c does not seem like he cares what he pays..

23c target is fair enough although there is a large gap that needs to be closed a lot higher up ..

Don't expect news so soon with this company but the next one that comes could be the monster that will re-rate this company..
